Deal Audit

A close look at a specific asset or deal before you commit

Once a specific property or business is on the table, the question changes: what is actually behind the offer, and which risks will surface only after the deal is done.

If you are still assessing the investment idea itself, start with the Pre-Investment Assessment.

What we examine

  • title to the asset and its ownership history;
  • encumbrances, restrictions and third-party rights;
  • the documents and the key terms of the deal;
  • how the price stands up against the market;
  • the financial logic and the costs nobody mentions;
  • legal, tax, technical and operational risk;
  • when buying on the primary market — the developer's reliability and project documentation.

The right people at each stage

You don't need to assemble a local team from scratch. I know who to bring in at each stage of a deal, and these are professionals I have already worked with and trust.

What you get

Not a stack of disconnected opinions, but a clear picture of the deal:

  • where the critical risks sit;
  • what needs further checking;
  • which terms are worth renegotiating;
  • what could affect the price or the structure;
  • which questions must be closed before signing.

The point of the audit is to give you enough clarity to move forward with your eyes open.

Timing and fee are agreed once I have seen the asset and the scope of work required.

What comes next

If you decide to proceed after the audit, I can take on deal support — negotiations, structure, coordinating the specialists and keeping the deal moving to closing.

For how the work is set up and how we work together, see How I work.
