When a project needs a lawyer, appraiser, notary, or contractor, I don't pick the first name from a listing — I bring in specialists whose competence and reliability I've personally confirmed on real deals.

How it works
Selection isn't billed separately — it's part of the budget for the project you've already agreed to. The specialist's own fees are paid separately, directly to them, at their own rates. My role is choosing the right person for the task and coordinating their work.
