I don't take commissions from sellers or developers. My fee comes from you — in exchange for objectivity. This is set out in our agreement. I work directly with the private investor — a result in one call, no intermediate approvals.

Most of the work can be done remotely. You only need to be physically present for the final stage of closing — and I coordinate that through a local team.
