I work as an independent investment advisor. Every client gets direct access to me personally — no account managers, no middlemen.
First Step — Getting to Know Each Other
We start with a conversation to understand your goals and make sure I am the right person for your project.
How We Structure the Work
After our initial conversation I propose a concrete action plan and terms of engagement. All agreements are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Fees
My fee depends on the scope of the project and is discussed individually. I do not accept hidden commissions from sellers, developers or intermediaries. My only interest is your result.
What I Do
- Market research and property selection aligned with your goals
- Organizing site visits and negotiations in Georgia
- Coordination with lawyers, notaries and banks
- Transaction support from first contact to closing
What I Don't Do
I do not guarantee investment returns and always speak openly about the risks of any specific property or market.
